Support... Customer
support is generally handled by phone. Since our software is "turnkey", most of our customers are running the same version. Fixing problems and offering advice is often very straight forward.
When we can't handle the problem by talking on the phone, we can fix it
efficiently by connecting to your computer system using a secure communications package such as "PC Anywhere" by Symantec or Microsoft's Remote Desktop using Terminal Services.
This is how we handle installation and training too. It saves lots of
time and expense.
