	Import Export (MFIE)

	MFIE is fully integrated with Motor Freight Revenue Accounting (required) and features a Master Air Way Bill (MAWB) document that allows tracking ocean and air freight. Arrival and availability times may be entered and free time may be automatically calculated with compensation for non business days. Provision is made for house air bills and release information. Invoices for Brokers, Airlines and carriers are automatically generated from the same MAWB. Line items are rated auto-matically via user-designed rate definitions. A manifesting function allows recording Air Bills and generates a single invoice for the entire manifest. The module features full built-in invoice and reporting capabilities along with full featured tracing for locating invoices and delivery dates and times. In addition MFIE interfaces to the Motor Freight Web Connection where documents may be viewed and even updated by customers and trading partners.

	The Master airway bill allows input of broker/forwarder and air or ocean carrier. Provision is made for numerous refernce numbers as well as container number. Invoices may be created directly from the MAWB using integrated user-designed rates.

	Unlimited House air bills (HAWB) may be entered on a master airway bill (MAWB). Pieces weight (metric conversion is built in) as well as carrier identification and pickup records are included.

	Release information may be entered on the MAWB or individual house bills. This information may be updated by internal operators or remotely using the Motor Freight Web Connection .

	Import export bills can be automatically rated at the time of entry using data from a rate table that can be designed using several calculation types including weight, quantity, hours, percentages and combinations of weight and days. Invoices for MFIE are updated or posted using MFRA. All payments and adjustments, revenue reporting and statements are handled via MFRA as well.


	A manifesting function allows recording Air Bills and generates a single invoice for the entire manifest.
